Kenyan chef Linda Stewart and a Barbado chef Creig Greenridge of Barbados will duke it out in the battle of the Embassy chefs in Washington DC.
Linda Stewart is the proprietor of Moto Moto Kitchen and will be representing the Kenyan Embassy while Greenridge will be the Embassy of Barbados.
Linda will be showcasing Kenyan samosas.
The Embassy Chef challenge is being organized by Good Morning Washington through the ABC 7 channel in Washington DC.
The challenge seeks to showcase the cuisine from over 35 different countries. The Challenge is an event encouraging culinary diplomacy, happens on Wednesday, May 24 at 6:30pm at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center.
The public is invited to taste the dishes from the various countries.
