Siaya Governor Cornel Rasanga has threatened residents of his county who are contemplating showing on polling day to cast their ballots.
The Governor reiterated that a decision has been made that there will be no polling on October 26 and warned residents that they would be dealt with should they show up at polling stations to exercise their democratic right.
Rasanga was echoing NASA leaders who have vowed that the repeat elections will not be held on October 26 as announced by the IEBC.
The European Observers have given the IEBC a clean bill of health in the run up to the polls.
